"Excellent Practice "

I have been a patient at the practice for about 30 years. It has been consistently excellent in terms of clinical care, but also the friendly, helpful and approachable nature of doctors and staff makes it extra special. The way you are treated makes you feel like you are really valued and cared about which is a huge achievement given the targets I assume you are given to work within. There is a flexibility of appointment times and I have never had to wait to be seen; waiting times for appointments are very well managed. In a world where thank you seems to be implied rather than explicit, and public services are sometimes taken for granted, I’d just like to say a big thank you for the excellent support that I receive from you.
