"Got cut off"

I phoned the surgery to discuss my statins. The chap who answered said he couldnt book an appointment unless I phoned at 9am and booked and appointment. Thought OK so I phoned today at 9am and was in a queue for 26 mins with a robot continuously speaki g about the importance of my call and then on the 27th min the phone started to sound like a çall and then cut me off.

I am not sure why I didnt have a heart attack - might have been the statins - that would be funny if it wasnt serious.

This place is not being run properly. I suggest someone needs to inspect.
