(as the patient),

On a Sunday morning visit to cardiology day care at Forth Valley Royal Hospital to have an investigation carried out I was met, greeted and treated with polite and reassuring friendliness and immediately put at ease.

While clearly very efficient the nursing staff seemed unhurried and welcoming, with smiles, humour and time for everyone.
