"My experience"

About: Change Grow Live Cambridgeshire / Wisbech

(as a service user),

My experience has both been up and down during my recovery here at CGL. I have a very good relationship with all staff members who like to help and support each and every one of us.

One staff member is like a mum, makes lovely homemade meals and keeps everything going.

The downside I've had some failed appointments with some staff but on the other hand my keyworker relationship is very very positive

I really think people use the service as a  crutch and for me it's a life saver,

Firstly thanks for taking the time to post a message. I'm sorry to hear that some appointments have been cancelled or didn't happen for some reason. If you contact me directly on Paul.Pescud@cgl.org.uk I can look into this further.

However I'm pleased you are getting what you need from us. I think the staff team are great but I could be biased so its great hearing it from the people that matter - service users.
