"My response to Darwin reply to my review"

It was an asthma review and we would have been 5 minutes late.

We was the first appointment that morning with the nurse which would have been a double appointment and Darwin medical practice at the time of me calling to say we would be a little bit late would not have know if the next Patient appointment after our scheduled appointment would have been on time them selves.

At the end of the day Darwin Medical Practice made no effort to try and accommodate my daughter who is a chronic asthma sufferer and would have only been 5 minutes late and as it was a double appointment I’m sure the nurse could have made some time up considering we were the first appointment of the day.

Darwin Medical Practice if you made more of an effort helping your patients get the medical service they need instead of wasting time to try and justify yourself in these reviews then maybe you might get good review but as it stands you have none, just saying.
