The Mens Pod/Back on Track services have helped me a lot one to one and Groups for my drink problems. Steve's groups help a lot & I like mixing in the groups.

Thanks for spending the time in posting a comment - it really is appreciated. Group work is something we are passionate about. As you know we have structured treatment groups but also we try to promote the social interaction through some of the more relaxed groups. This is where real recovery happens - forging link and relationships with others. Great work and keep going!
