I would very much like to commend and thank Dr Nugent, Amanda OT, and Reception staff for their kindness and care.   My initial call to the surgery and the helpfulness of the Reception staff, through to the support and in particular the understanding of both Dr Nugent and Amanda has made what is very difficult time for me a bit easier to cope with. 

We are fortunate to have such professionals working in our community. Thank you.

Thank you for taking time to share your experience of engaging with your GP Practice and the care that you feel you experienced.

I am delighted to read that you had such a positive experience working alongside Amanda, one of our Team Lead Occupational Therapists. We very much value feedback regarding our service and I am pleased to learn that Amanda's support and understanding has made things a little easier for you through a difficult time.
