(as a parent/guardian),

I had an initial appointment with my daughter and a psychologist (Ruth) today. Although it was over video call, she made us feel comfortable, to the extent that my daughter herself even opened up and talked. Thanks for being so personable and welcoming that even a screen didn't feel like a barrier.

Thank you for taking the time to leave such lovely feedback in regards to your daughters video appointment with psychologist Ruth.

It was nice to hear how she felt comfortable enough to open up to Ruth during the appointment and it was a success even in these difficult times we find ourselves in.

I will be delighted to pass on your comments to Ruth who I'm sure will be humbled to hear how she made such a difference to your daughter's care.
