Pretty disappointed with the site ... not very helpful for guiding towards E-Pass (Covid-19 questions) prior to outpatient appointment at PRI?

I am sorry the site did not help you complete the E-Pass with ease and thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience of using it. We tried to design it as a simple site, to help people consider their COVID infection risk, before they attend a hospital appointment. We do also ask these questions at arrival, if people have found the website difficult, and I hope someone helped you with that when you visited.

If there is anything specific that was not helpful on the site we would be glad to hear about it as it might help us improve it. Thank you again for your feedback and as I say, if there are specific things you see could be improved on the site - just post your ideas here - we would love to hear them.
