I was attended the Outpatients clinic at the Royal Bolton hospital with abdominal pains in August of last year. I was less than impressed with the experience - the nursing care was distinctly poor. As a patient, I felt like I was treated as another case, and not as a person. There was little dignity or respect.
I would however, like to thank Dr B. Miller (pain team consultant) and Mr Hobbis (gastro consultant surgeon), who were exceptions in that they were very good and did seem to care.
"Thank you Dr B. Miller & Mr Hobbis"
