About: Bellfield Centre / Castle Suite

(as a relative),

My mother was admitted to The Bellfield Centre recently and during her 7 week stay she was looked after extremely well by all of the staff on the Castle Suite. The assessment process was very thorough and I found the staff to be very professional, but also very approachable and friendly. In particular, Helen and Marilyn were really sensitive and supportive in gently but efficiently guiding me and my mum through the process of admittance to the unit. the Bellfield Centre is a real asset to health care services in Stirling!

Thank you for taking the time to get in touch and leaving such lovely feedback. I was delighted to hear you and your mum were given support when she was being admitted, this must have been such a relief to you both, and hopefully helped mum to settle easier.

It really is lovely to hear such wonderful comments, I have shared your lovely post with the full team staff of Castle Suite as well as Helen and Marlyn who were delighted to hear such kind and thoughtful words, and have asked that pass on their thanks.
