"Oral and Maxifacial"

Having been referred at the start of lockdown and  at the end of lockdown respectively, my daughter  and I were patiently waiting for the service to  be in a position to see  us.   However, my daughter's condition flared over the  past few day and I decided to contact the department to ask if they were able to  give me an estimated date.   I spoke with Megan who was extremely lovely and helpful, and I would like to pass on my compliments to her.   Thank you
