About: Change Grow Live Cambridgeshire / Cambridge City

(as a service user),

I have been attending a foundations of change CGL zoom group. Its has been very beneficial and the facilitator Eleanor has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I have enjoyed participating & other peoples input I also enjoyed learning new things. I looked forward to it each week.

Hi Viktor

Thanks for your comment. We really wasn't sure how the zoom groups were going to work but we have been so pleased with what service users have been saying. They are here to stay! The huge benefit is the connection with others and that is so important to keep. Ellie is fantastic and manages the structured groups in Cambridge so well. Ill let her know your feedback.
