"They never pick up the call"

I am calling since 2 days and no one is picking up 02036442450 this is the number of barking maternity unit why do you give those number when you Dont pick up the calls, it was an emergency I kept calling,

on my first mama academy book I got all number where I can contact in emergency and no one pick up the call which kind of service is this? a women is pregnant and trying to reach for help the number provided in the book and no one bothers to respond to call phone is keep ringing than I rang to barking community hospital if I can speak to midwife they transferred my call and again no point of transferring my call no one pick up the call please discard your phone when u can’t help the expecting mothers incase of emergencies
