"Thank you, Outwood Ward team"

About: East Surrey Hospital

My so. Stayed in the Outwood Ward for four days whilst teams tried to work out what was making him so ill. The investigations are ongoing, but we are home and can not thank the nurses and doctors of Outwood Ward who looked after us.

It was a scary experience and, as sole carer of my child it was exhausting too. One morning, after a sleepless night the nurse who had herself been on night duty brought me a cup of tea and took the time to share her thoughts on what was going on.

They were exceptional in their care of both of us and our well being.

Thank you for going above and beyond in your help, professional and care.

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. I am very proud of the team and so pleased that you were cared for with the kindness and compassion that we expect. I hope that you are getting some rest now and that your son is doing better too. I will share your very kind feedback with the staff on Outwood Ward.

Kind regards
