"Awful"

About: Fusehill Medical Practice

Was promised a call back from a GP as I'd been to COCH earlier that day. Symptoms were remained the same so I was advised to contact my GP. I called at 10.20am and was told I would get a call back off a GP and was top of the afternoon call list. 6 hours later after another call with 111, I was advised to recontact the GP. After 30 mins on hold. I was told by the person on the phone that the GP was on another consultation by I would be contacted.

This was on Friday 20th November, and I didn't receive a call back at all that day.

Not impressed that I was just left with no help when I needed it. And would like to make a complaint.
