The telephonist / call handler was quite rude when I called to make an enquiry. The person kept talking over me and wasn't helpful. When she was done talking she simply said ' okay take care bye' and she hung up whilst I was still talking!

Thank you for your feedback. We are really sorry that your experience when telephoning the practice fell short of your expectations. All our reception team are trained in customer care and telephone skills. However, your comments will be fed back at our next staff meeting. Should you experience a repeat, we would encourage you to contact the Practice Manager, who will be more than happy to discuss this with you.
