I am a man in his early 60's and over the past 10 years I've had several disabilities which led me to having to stop working. All of these led to me becoming very anxious and depressed. Over the last few years I have had various treatments and medication for this. But over the last 3 or 4  years I started  drinking much more than I should have been and this had a negative effect on my well being and my relationship with my wife. So I turned to CGL for help as it became clear that I needed ongoing support to cope.
