(as a service user),

Emergency ambulance crew Fife attend to myself due to heart arrhythmia.

The crew (Lorraine and Andy) were professional, caring, competent and on time. They put me at ease and assessed me prior to making appropriate decision on my care.

I cannot thank them enough for their dedicated care I received.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback here on CareOpinion. I am very sorry that you had reason to utilise our Services but am really happy to read that Lorraine and Andy treated you so well. I would be more than happy to pass on your comments to the crew and their manager and let them know what a wonderful job they done. In order to do that I would just need a few more details such as the date, time and address that the vehicle attended you. You can send this to sas.feedback@nhs.scot.
