"Members of staff on ward 26"

After a little stay on ward 26 at royal Shrewsbury hospital . I must say it was sheer hectic the nhs are under so much pressure . Having said that , I observed some fantastic staff who I would like to make known . Jade, I’m unsure of her job role ( maybe management but no nurse uniform ) was so pro active , caring , organised she basically ran the ward and without her input I’m pretty sure they would crumble , she worked along side a health care assistant called Becky , and the pair of them seemed to work excellent together and there powerful team work was something I have not seen in the nhs for along time . They worked Hard and endlessly and deserve medals . Becky worked in my bay and her passion for the patients again was something I have not seen for a long time .
