"Lucky to have such a good practice"

I have never had anything but excellent service from the practice and I have been a patient there for over 30 years. If you ring in the morning you will usually be given a choice of appointment on the same day. During Covid, I rang with a problem and a GP rang me back twice before we decided I should go into the surgery for an examination. I was seen, diagnosed and treated later that same day. This is just one example I could give of many of how the practice is responsive to patients' needs. In addition, the GPs, practice and support staff are all professional and friendly. I feel extremely lucky that we have such a good practice at Honley.
