(as a service user),

I just wanted to say that this is the second time I have been to this unit and the service and care given by Dr. Mottishead and his team is second to none.  I was talked through the procedure and given a 'running commentary' throughout.  The whole team made what is a fairly unpleasant and uncomfortable procedure much easier to bear.   I can't say I'm looking forward to going through it all again in 6 months for a checkup, but feel much eased in the knowledge that Dr. Mottishead and his team will be there to look after me.
