About: Adult Community District Nursing Teams / Arches District Nursing Team

(as a relative),

My father had reached end of life care and Gillian & jade and their staff At Holywood arches district nursing team where amazing so efficient professional and showed compassion and empathy and nothing was too much. Other within 24 hours they had services and equipment in place for palliative care with assistance from Marie curie nurses without their support and coordination of the care for my daddy we Wouldn’t have been able to have the previous time and memories with him we as a family can never repay them for the care and attention they showed to us a family but importantly prioritising what was important for my dad to be comfortable . In his last days

I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your Daddy.

It is very reassuring for me as a Service manager, that you found the care and support provided to your Daddy by the District Nurses was of a high standard and they were able to keep him comfortable. I hope this experience and these memories will comfort you and your family.

I'm pleased you found the Marie Curie nurses also to be of support.

Thank you for taking the time to recognise the contribution of the nurses in your Daddy's care. I will ensure they are made aware of the gratitude from you and your family.
