I have seen the quality of the customer service go down over the years. It is required of the patients to treat the staff with respect but this does not go the other way. Receptionists are unhelpful and rude and have left me feeling very stressed out and upset many times. What is worst is that there isn't much hope for any of this changing really. They don't seem to understand that patients who call are already in distress and in vulnerable position and often treat them as nuisance. My main problem, therefore, and a huge deterrent from even asking for help is the reception you have to deal with before you get the appointment. Look elsewhere if you can.
