"Outpatient appointment"

About: Medway Maritime Hospital / Radiology

(as the patient),

Turned up in mid November 2020 for a dexta scan in the morning 20 minutes before my appointment time. I was told by a high vis wearing member of staff that I couldn't go in for 15 mins. Waited outside with a handful of other people,   about 5 others. We was then told that we could go in. We all filed in and walk past a  chair with a thermometer sitting on it. No one had a temperature check and then I walked through a bottle neck with people being forced to be very close to each other. Hopeful I will not have to visit Medway again.
