"Breast care centre"

I just wanted to say that I was super impressed with the care I received this week from all those in the breast care centre. It was my first attendance, and I was like many women scared and concerned. From being met and greeted by a friendly receptionist, to the lively and caring HCA, through to the radiologist, surgeon and technicians. To be able to offer the full service...examanition by surgeon, ultrasound by radiologist, mammogram and diagnosis in just 1 hour, is  fantastic! No waiting, no anxiety and worry dragged out over days or weeks. It was a brilliant patient experience. The environment was fresh and bright and welcoming too (I even commented on the jolly scrubs the nurses were wearing)...burried deep in the old building, the breast care centre is a breath of fresh air!
