"No phones ever answered"

About: The Royal London Hospital

In order to book or change an appointment, or ask any questions, you must visit in person. I've tried for months to call and all lines are dead or go unanswered. There is no email, and zero way to get in touch with questions. I've contacted nearby departments and they all say "sorry, nothing I can do."

Missed appointments cost NHS money, and so I'll always have to wait for someone to call me after a missed appointment because there's zero way to reach a person.

The lack of communication puts into question the whole birthing process, and makes me so nervous to give birth with them.
