About: St John's Hospital / Cardiology

I had a Cardiology outpatient appointment today in OPD4 and wanted to feedback. The COVID-19 restrictions and changes appeared well thought out and thorough. Reception Staff were friendly and helpful. 

Julia the Nurse Specialist was fabulous. She really put me at ease, explaining every part of what was happening. She has a very kind, calm manner which really helped. I was there longer than anticipated but it was necessary. The reception staff even checked I was ok as I’d been there for a while. The other staff involved were lovely too (I’ve forgotten their names).

The whole hospital is disrupted with Covid-19 but it doesn’t stop staff providing an excellent service.
