"Asthma follow up"

I was hospitalized due to a severe asthma attack, I had excellent care while in hospital however I am still waiting on FAST, IgE blood results and a follow up appointment with the nurse led asthma clinic. I was discharged in September, my discharge letter stated I was to have a follow up appointment with nurse led asthma clinic in 4 weeks this is now two months later and I am still waiting on an appointment, I have contacted the respiratory team based at Glasgow Royal infirmary by telephone, however still waiting on a reply.
