(as a service user),

Impossible to ask a fairly simple question, despite saying it is for general advice.  Form requires you to input symptoms, which I do not have, and will not let you skip page. This is an unwieldy and lengthy way of contacting your GP. A great way to stop people accessing primary care!

We agree that there is work to do on the eConsult system and we feedback with your comments. The system is a national one and we are unable to edit it as it has to go through strict safeguarding processes to ensure key words or dangerous red flag symptoms are not missed.
