I recently visited Jasmine Ward twice for day case procedures with different members of staff present on each occasion.
I was truly impressed by the care given by all staff that I came into contact with during these two visits. From the cheery and friendly greeting at reception, to the nurses and doctors who really made me feel that I was their number one priority. I was kept fully informed throughout and repeatedly asked whether I had any questions or wanted anything explained further. I felt that nothing was too much trouble. Although I was a little anxious at my first attendance (fear of the unknown), I felt quite relaxed at my second attendance.
In view of the current difficulties inflicted upon the NHS by the current Covid pandemic, I did not expect to receive care that would have exceeded my perceived expectations of private care.
My only comment would be to make it easier to leave compliments online. Looking at your website I found it easy to find links to complaints, but not to compliments.
I am very grateful for the high standard of care and attention given by each of you.
