"They saved mum's life"

About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Accident & Emergency Royal Alexandra Hospital / Cardiology

(as a relative),

I cannot fully express how much gratitude we have for the red SATA staff, the resuscitation staff and CCU at RAH, Paisley. My mum was admitted as an emergency which resulted in emergency pacing.

As a nurse, I am so grateful for all the care she has received. We are still in shock. A special mention to the nurse Chris in resus who took time to listen to me, a fellow nurse. This small thing was much appreciated.

Thank you so much for taking the time and trouble to share your lovely feedback. I was delighted to hear that your Mum was so well cared for and that you felt supported during what must have been a very worrying time for you both.

We have shared your kind comments with our staff, especially Chris, which they very much appreciated. It has been heartening for them to know that their efforts to meet your Mum's needs and provide comfort and reassurance for her loved ones have been so well received.

I do hope that your Mum is now beginning to recover from what must have been a very distressing experience.

With best wishes,

Linda
