"Very good care on Day Surgery ward B6"

I was a patient on day surgery ward B6 at the Rotherham District General hospital while I was waiting for endoscopic sinus surgery. The standard of care was, at all times, very good. The staff were kind, understanding and polite.
The only concern I had was that my mum called the hospital to see how I was after my surgery, but this message was never passed on to me.

We are concerned that the message from your mum was not passed on and speak to the staff on the ward in order to try and ensure that this does not happen again. Thank you for raising this.
