(as a service user),

I cannot praise this department enough. I went in for breast surgery and from start to finish I felt so at ease and kept up to date with everything. The department runs so smoothly. I cannot praise the staff enough but would like to personally thank Mr Cartlidge, Mr Mackay, Mandy SCN and Karen.
