Been using c-pap for about 2 yrs now the service I have received from this department recently is nothing short of shocking.
After 3 days of trying to get through on 2 different phone numbers and having to resort to over a weeks worth of back and forth emails to get a simple mask for my equipment and still refusing to send one out. I'm having to tighten the headset so much now it is causing rubbing on the back of my neck and becoming very sore.I have ask for the email of the manager and the board above the dept to complain but they are not forthcoming with the email addresses. I am to the point where I have had to email res-med for advice on equipment and use and how long stuff should last.I should not have to resort to this to get simple equipment for a medical condition.
