My review is about an operation that I had at Marytime Hospital about 6 weeks ago,I have been referred for a total thyroidectomy surgery and my diagnosis was a Multi Modular goitre which was causing significant compression of trachea and also difficulties in breathing. I have to say a big "thank you" to all staff,,starting from the Locum Ent Consulant( the surgeon doctor) who has gone through all this procedure with me from the beginning, explained patiently and exactly everything about surgery , reassuring me with the appropriate knowledge ,,but I'm also grateful to all nursing staff present that day,, and to all the staff who attended to me at Arethusa Ward after the surgery!! I know we are living at difficult times at present days and I'm able to understand that I was very lucky to have the surgery done at Marytime Hospital and for that I will be always grateful!!!
"A huge" thank you"! "
