"Processing with Visualisations workshop"

I would give it a 5 [out of 5] Gina, as it was so restful, I struggled to get going again. Also I like the other short meditations too, and will try to use them all.

I enjoyed the ocean one more that the garden visualisation, as I don’t know much about gardens, but the Ocean I found much simpler and calmer.

Thanks again for coming up with such innovative ideas for helping us to learn to control our stress and anxiety.  I always recommend you to my colleagues and to any family members (service users)  who are struggling with anxiety and depression or stress.
