"The Derby City Hospital staff and care was excellent"

I had a major operation at Derby City Hospital in January. Everything about it was excellent, I cannot speak highly enough of the nursing staff. When they said they were coming they came on time, they were understanding, caring and always had time to answer my questions. The doctors were also very good. They explained everything to me and i knew what would happen to me.

The ward was very clean, they were always cleaning. The new hospital is wonderful, light and airy with lots of room to move about without being on top of the next patient.
