(as a relative),

Dr Wallace from Lour Rd surgery provided care and support to my father in law in his last weeks of life. Not only did she visit and check on him most days, she offered clinical and emotional support to me while I tried to help and advocate for him. Her compassion and genuine care showed no ends and we are so grateful to her for all her attention and for nothing being too much bother - it made a very difficult time that little bit easier.

Firstly can we pass on our condolences to you and your family following the death of your father-in-law. We very much appreciate you taking the time to send this feedback. We are pleased to hear that you and your father-in-law received excellent care and emotional support.

We passed on your feedback to the GP and she said

" Thank you for the lovely feedback. I am glad I was able to help make such a difficult time a little bit easier. "
