Always completely impossible to get through on the phone - I mean calling 100+ times for a few days before you get through. Severly understaffed on reception, reception are not well enough informed (once I requested the contraceptive implant (which is in your arm) and instead found out later that I had been booked for the coil!!!) Doctors themselves are generally okay - its more the gatekeeping. But all in all, absolute nightmare experience everytime, I don't know anyone else that has a doctor experience like it.
