"We want an explanation"

About: University Hospital Ayr / Urology

(as the patient),

Once again our appointments cancelled and no reasons given by Ayr as usual, shocking. They cant tell the press whats going on with covid, bad. As an outpatient, I feel like they treat me with contempt instead of telling me the truth, covering up is no use to the people of Ayr. We want an explanation as to why we are being treated so badly, ayr hospital needs to inform not hide behind an issue

I am extremely sorry for any disappointment folllowing the cancellation of an appointment.

As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic unfortunately elements of our planned care work has not been able to run as we had planned. We appreciate how difficult this is for our patients.
