My Mum had recently been in hospital twice due to illness. We had already had equipment delivered by Medequip while she was in hospital.
The adult occupational therapy from Bromley came to check on Mum when she was discharged to make sure the equipment was working well for her.
They were amazing with my mother, exceptionally kind and caring. There was no feeling they were rushing through the appointment. They took the time to look at all her equipment (and there's a lot!) to make sure it was the right height, in the right place. They also gave some great advice about other potential areas that may be a "trip hazard" to make sure Mum is safe living on her own.
I rate this team fantastic! They're are definitely in the right profession, please keep up the excellent work in the community. We need people like you. THANK YOU!
