"Wigan hospital Standish ward"

My husband was admitted to this ward with terminal cancer. they are not answering the phones. twice I was told he was being discharged but he did not come home. the nurse I finally got through too could not understand my accent or something  they put the phone down on me?   No communication at all at Wigan hospital. as a ex nurse I was surprised no ward Clark was in situ. can't see hubby because of covid. can't speak to anyone no good
