"No operation date for large ovarian cyst"

I have been on the waiting list for an operation, it has been  a good few months, I have a rather large ovarian cyst that is causing me severe pain in lower back amongst other worrying symptoms. I have received no correspondence and the doctor shrugged when I asked how long I would wait, my cyst is getting larger and the pain is becoming unbearable,   can you please look at my files and get me booked in for surgery as my doctor said I would not wait long at the time of referral. Another doctor today put my back pain down to muscular when the pain is probably coming from pressure on nerves because the cyst is the size of a melon, I am going to loose more than the cyst at this rate.
