While visiting family I collapsed and an ambulance was called. Ambulance staff were very thorough and friendly. They needed to take me to A& E to be checked out. I was a bit concerned as have never collapsed or been taken to hospital before.
The hospital A & E was very clean absolutely gleaming, staff were lovely, and I was kept updated on what was happening, to me. I was there for about 4 hours and felt well looked after.
There was a lovely lady who made me tea and breakfast, and generally made sure that I was okay. She was kindness in itself, sorry I didn.t get any names. It was about 8:30 on Saturday.
I would like to say thank you to all involved as everyone I came into contact with made me feel cared for.
