"Need more friendly staff"

(as a carer),

This hospital went and visited it tonight and the staff was just stood there. When I told them I was visiting my dad, normally night staff would ask me to sign in, but they just stood there and said alright. Wasn’t happy with the way they spoke tonight and I think they are poor staff tonight, as not looking after my father very well - I have had him call me every other night so far because he’s having trouble with the night staff. I don’t think this is very nice at all and need more friendly staff at night daytime staff are lovely just night staff ain’t very nice.
