I recently attended the pre op assessment unit in Stobhill Hospital. I was very impressed and assured with the assessment preparing me for surgery, the nurse was professional and informative about my upcoming surgery, which put me at ease right  away.

I was also very impressed at the level of care taken to ensure a safe environment, all equipment used during the assessment was cleaned down  with wipes, very reassuring during this pandemic. 

Thank you for making my visit such a pleasant experience.

Thank you for taking the time to leave such lovely feedback in regards to the time you spent in the Pre-Op Assessment Unit of the New Stobhill Hospital.

I can imagine you must have been a little nervous coming into the hospital so I was pleased to read how you were made to feel at ease and the staff were informative and professional in preparing you for your surgery.

I was also delighted to hear you were impressed with the processes we have put in place around the cleaning of equipment and you felt safe.

I will be happy to pass on your comments to the staff involved who I'm sure will be humbled to read of your experience while in their care.
