"Drug Addiction and depression support"

My issues are the management of my depression, anxiety and drug addiction that has dominated and plagued my life for the last 14 years and has caused many serious problems.

Hit rock bottom recently, when I overdosed and nearly died.

Spent 8 days in ITU then transferred to a psychiatric ward at Stepping Hill hospital and sectioned.

Now detoxed and not abusing mediation I really feel I need to have some understanding and guidance of my past and present chaotic thinking so I can move forward and make positive changes to my life so ultimately I don’t relapse and return to the darkness of addiction and its associated chaos.

First and foremost I want to do this for myself, to improve my own mental and physical well-being and importantly to significantly improve my family life which has suffered considerably over the years.

I feel the responsiveness and caring attitude I have received from CGL is helping me massively and giving me the tools to achieve my goals of abstinence and positive family integration.

My dreams are only dreams with goals and the support of agencies like CGL.
