"Outstanding GP practice"

I cannot recommend HGP highly enough, and am moved to leave a review as I am moving out of the area and am very sadly having to change GPs. I registered with HGP simply because it was the nearest to my home, and have been consistently overwhelmed by the high quality service, despite how busy they clearly are. The reception staff are so lovely, can not do enough for you, and take the time for a chat. The nurses of of exceptionally high quality: I had a cervical smear during my time HGP, and it was the least stressful experience I've had. Kind, thorough, and communicative. Last but by no means least, the doctors themselves are truly outstanding. I have had two different GPs in my time with HGP, and both were exceptional, including with mental health conditions, which is a rare gift.

I cannot commend you enough for the work you do for your community: my new practice has an awful lot to live up to. Thank you.
