(as the patient),

I went to this practice today for the first time as they are currently taking on NHS patients. The service was excellent - friendly receptionist, a dentist who introduced herself to me and who did what needed to be done without too much pain!

It was refreshing because my previous two dentists at other practices had offered poor service, so it was great to get good service today.
